The training of volunteers is a long and difficult process. In today's world of rapid change, the enrichment of skills, unemployment and
insecurity about tomorrow professional education offered is the so-called non-formal education, widespread in Europe.
The training is done in a way that created most possible benefits for volunteers.
Evaluation and utilization of all volunteers is based on the experience and skills that have but those skills would be acquired.


For Waternet program is the significant additional training in each level of development where volunteers are invited as a group to create and implement environmental, social and sporting activities
The training includes without limitation:
• Update for Waternet project the identity and culture of Waternet Information Center
• Intercultural training for higher efficiency and greater ease of communication between people from different cultures, more flexible attitude to social diversity in the community where we live and greater participation in social interaction and identify common problems.
• Group dynamics: For participation of volunteers in teams to respond to particular features, the promotion of the project in order to have the best effect.
• Conflict Resolution: The building of relationships of a group (work) so as to achieve the best possible results with the possibility of de-escalation of tension brought about by the intense interaction and how the differences encountered.
• The Organization of events: classification, methodology and ways of dealing with problems, search for suitable sites, learning tools for successful events, media.
• Communication / Body Language: importance of the right message for the best possible result, movement and attitude to the recipient over, the customer, the sponsor, the immigrant, the person with disabilities, respect for individuality, avoiding mistakes that can resulted in attack. The 7 communication techniques with the audience: Looking into eyes, appearance, language-not words, humor, body, movement, gestures.
• Change Management: theory and practice about the desired changes in the lives of the beneficiaries, the difference assimilation process, new image synthesis / vision for the (n) (professional) life
• Empathy: Empathy refers to an attempt to put himself in the place of another. This ability must be accompanied by control emotions, balance between distance and proximity in relation to the person concerned. Thus promoting the autonomy of the individual and the activation of it has problem solving skills.
• Oral presentation / Electronic Presentation and public discourse: how we address an audience, how convincing, how we understand, how we solve questions, explain, inform, inform, how we refer elsewhere when not immediately know the answer, how to deal with the stress of face contact with face.
